Who we are

This website is operated by Allied DCI Building Contracting Limited (company no. 17483058), registered office362 Edgware Road, London W2 1EB, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at info@allieddc.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send a request through our form we receive your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, project location and the service you are interested in.

Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project: our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam: our legitimate interests in protecting our systems.

We do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, provides spam protection (Turnstile) and forwards email sent to our addresses.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers form submissions to us by email, using its EU (Ireland) region.
  • Other companies in the Allied Data Centre group, where needed to handle your enquiry.

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they become part of a contract, in which case we keep them for the contract's retention period.

Cookies

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical data to verify that form submissions come from a person.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@allieddc.co.uk to make a request.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
